CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE CUPS
GLUTEN FREE
DAIRY FREE
•2 cups almond flour 
•1/2 cup coconut sugar 
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 tsp baking soda 
Mix dry ingredients together... next add:
•1/3 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil
•1/3 cup maple syrup 
•1 tsp vanilla extract 
•1 egg or flax egg 
*mix together & fold in excessive amounts of chocolate chips* 
bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, keep an eye on them though! enjoy :)
