HEALTHY “SNICKERS” STUFFED DATES

This is easily one of my favourite easy snacks or desserts to throw together. Great for blood sugar balance!
- Pitted Medjool dates- as many as your heart desires 
- Add nut or seed butter of choice into the dates (I used sunflower seed butter) 
- Melt dark chocolate chips with one tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave or on the stove. I did 30 second increments in the microwave so that I didnt burn the chocolate. 
- Drizzle melted chocolate over dates 
- Add flakey sea salt (crucial in my opinion) 
- FREEZE! For at least an hour
