I love when dessert can also be blood sugar balancing and provides benefits to the body while also tasting delicious and satisfying that sweet tooth!
- Combine 1.5 cups almond flour 
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar 
- 1 tbsp chia seeds 
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup 
- 3/4 cup nut butter (I did half cashew & half peanut butter) 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1 tsp baking powder 
- Small splash of almond milk to mix 
- Roll into balls & flatten on baking sheet, place vegan chocolate chunks on each cookie then bake at 350 for 10 minutes. 
*optional to sprinkle sea salt on top at the end
